AB Web Tech ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you use the Calmixo mobile application ("App") and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

Information We Collect

We collect several types of information from and about users of our App, including:

Personal information you provide to us: name, email address, phone number, and profile photo when you create an account.
Information about your device: device type, operating system, and unique device identifiers.
Usage data: how you interact with our App, including meditation sessions completed, workout plans followed, and features used.

Camera Permission

Our App requests permission to access your device's camera (android.permission.CAMERA) for the purpose of allowing you to take and upload a profile photo. The camera is only accessed when you explicitly choose to update your profile picture. We do not access your camera in the background or without your knowledge. Camera data is not stored on our servers except for the final profile image you choose to upload.

How We Use Your Information

To provide and maintain our App, including to process and complete your transactions.
To personalize your experience by delivering content and product offerings most relevant to you.
To improve our App to better serve you.
To send you reminders, technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages.
To respond to your comments, questions, and requests.

Third-Party Services

Firebase

We use Firebase for authentication, cloud storage (Firestore), and push notifications. Firebase collects and processes data according to their privacy policy, which can be found at: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy

Google AdMob

Our App uses Google AdMob to display rewarded advertisements. AdMob may collect and process data according to their privacy policy, which can be found at: https://policies.google.com/privacy

Analytics

We use Firebase Analytics to collect usage data to improve our App. This helps us understand how users interact with our App and identify areas for improvement.

Push Notifications

Our App sends push notifications for daily reminders and motivational quotes. You can opt out of receiving push notifications through your device settings or within the App settings.

Data Security

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.

Your Choices

You can choose not to provide certain information, but this may limit your ability to use certain features of our App.

You can opt out of receiving push notifications by adjusting your device settings or through the App settings.

You can update or delete your account information at any time through the App settings.

Delete Account

Open the Calmixo App : Navigate to the Profile screen from the bottom navigation tab. Tap on “Delete Account” Scroll down and locate the red "Delete Account" button. Tap it. App Deletes User Data (Behind the Scenes) When you tap the button, Calmixo does the following: Deletes your favorites document from Firestore: favorites/[user.uid] Deletes your Firebase Authentication account. Destroys any background music player sessions using react-native-track-player. Reauthentication (if required) If you haven’t logged in recently, Firebase might throw a security error: "auth/requires-recent-login" In that case, the app signs you out and redirects you to the Login screen. You’ll need to log in again to retry account deletion. Redirection to Login Screen After successful deletion, Calmixo automatically redirects you to the Login screen.
